Rotenta is the controller of the information you submit through this form.
What we collect
Your name, company, phone and email. Your IP address and browser information are recorded for security. The form asks for nothing else; anything further you choose to send us is processed for the same purpose and for the same period. Notes our team writes about you while handling your request (for example "called back, pricing explained") are part of the same record: they are written by us, not by you, are seen only by the team handling your request, and are kept for the same period as the request.
Purpose and lawful basis
The information is processed solely to evaluate your request and reply to it. The lawful basis is pre-contractual steps taken at your request (KVKK art. 5/2-c; GDPR 6(1)(b)), so no separate consent is collected.
No marketing messages
We do not send newsletters, campaigns or promotional messages using this information. We only reply to the request you left.
Retention
Unless you become a customer, your request is kept for at most 24 months and then deleted. If you become a customer, the record follows the retention period of the contractual relationship.
Transfers and hosting
Your information is processed on the infrastructure of two providers acting as our processors: our servers are hosted in OVH's data centre in Frankfurt, Germany (European Union), and site traffic passes through Cloudflare's content delivery and security network. Under Turkish data protection law (KVKK art. 9) this is a transfer abroad; it is carried out under data processing agreements with these providers and the procedures set out in art. 9. Your information is never given to third-party marketing services or shared for any other purpose.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no tracking cookies; your language choice is kept locally in your browser and never sent to us. Visit counts are measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookie, stores no IP address and does not identify you as a person. Every file, fonts included, is served from our own domain; no other third party is contacted when you visit.
