What is Rotenta?
Modular CRM and business management software for businesses. It brings customers, accounting, operations and your team into one panel, and you choose the modules you need.
Which industries is it for?
The Customers, Accounting, Data Transfer and Assistant modules work in any service business today. Tourism, transfer and travel agencies and businesses with a vehicle fleet get ready-made packages.
Can you build a module for my industry?
Yes. We build the workflows unique to your industry as a custom module on the same core; this service is part of the Enterprise plan. Ship agency is one of the industries we serve this way.
Can I change the modules later?
Yes. Modules are switched on and off per company; you can grow out of the package you started with.
Can I use it on a phone?
Yes. The panel runs in phone and tablet browsers.
Setup and data
How long does setup take?
One day. We import your customer and ledger lists from Excel with the wizard.
Can I bring my existing data over from Excel?
Yes. You upload an Excel or CSV file, map the columns and see a preview before anything is applied. Faulty rows are reported separately, and you can undo an import afterwards.
Can I control who sees what?
Yes. Roles let you decide who sees what and who may change it; every action stays on record in the audit trail.
Security and privacy
Where is our data stored?
On our servers in Germany (Frankfurt), with KVKK- and GDPR-compliant retention periods.
Is our data stored alongside other companies' data?
No. Every company's data lives in a database of its own, and sensitive fields are encrypted with a key specific to that company.
Where does the assistant send my data?
Before anything reaches the AI service, the assistant masks personal data such as email addresses, phone numbers, IBANs and ID numbers. It works only on data you are allowed to see and asks for your approval before any write.
How does it help with KVKK and GDPR?
Retention periods, erasure and consent records are managed in the panel, and data is hosted in Germany (EU).
Pricing and contract
Is there a per-transaction commission?
No. You pay a monthly subscription only; the number of records is unlimited.
Is there a contract term?
No. Billing is monthly; cancel whenever you like.
What do I get for paying annually?
Annual billing comes with 2 months free.
Do prices include VAT?
No. The prices shown exclude VAT.
