Transfer software for airport and VIP transfer companies
Booking, trip dispatch, driver/vehicle assignment, U-ETDS reporting and agency receivables in one transfer software, built for transfer companies.
A transfer company opens its day with a booking, runs it through driver and vehicle assignment, closes it with a U-ETDS report, and ties it to an invoice through the agency’s account at month end. Rotenta’s transfer software keeps all four steps in one place, so you are not switching between a booking spreadsheet, a driver plan and a separate U-ETDS screen.
The transfer company’s day, in one panel
The booking screen records an airport transfer with its flight code and time; the trip screen assigns that booking to a driver and vehicle, keeps the passenger list, and follows the trip through to completion. When a flight time changes, the trip record updates and the assigned driver and customer are notified. On the vehicle and driver side, document tracking blocks the assignment of a driver whose inspection or professional licence has expired — the assignment gate checks the document itself, so nobody has to remember it every morning. Once a trip is completed, it posts to the customer record and the agency’s account; at month end, one statement rolls it into an invoice.
U-ETDS reporting lives inside the trip
For transfer companies holding a D2 authorisation, U-ETDS reporting is not a separate task — it is a natural consequence of the trip record: the passenger, route and vehicle fields the trip already carries are exactly what the report needs, with no second data entry. If you run contracted corporate accounts, contract and progress-billing management produces the monthly statement automatically; staff scheduling feeds shift and timesheet data from the same trips, so “who was on this vehicle at this hour” always resolves to one record.
The agency and corporate customer side
When a transfer is booked through a travel agency or a hotel, the customer module keeps the party that pays separate from the passenger being transferred; the agency’s account and collections live in accounting, while the corporate customer’s own view of its trips lives in the customer portal. That way your accounting and your customer’s HR team trust the same trip data.
