School management software

One panel for private schools, courses and kindergartens — student registration, tuition collection, attendance and parent notification together.

‹ Guides

At a private school, course, tutoring centre or kindergarten, student records, parent contact and fee collection usually live in three separate places: a paper file for registration, a spreadsheet for instalments, parent messages on someone’s phone. Rotenta’s school pack brings the three together in one panel — every student’s card, contract, instalment plan and attendance record opens from the same screen.

What education businesses actually need

A school cannot be run on the generic “customer” logic a normal CRM assumes. The student needs a card of their own, with the parent/guardian and sibling links attached to it. Fees are not one-off — they run on an instalment plan, sometimes a promissory note. Discounts and scholarships follow a defined ratio, not memory. Absences must reach the parent, and the notification itself has to leave proof behind.

In Rotenta this starts with the Student card, connects to collection through Instalments and Promissory Notes, and reaches parent notification through Attendance. The same student card also carries the scholarship ratio, exam results and report card.

Who it’s for

Private schools and colleges, courses and tutoring centres, kindergartens and nurseries — any education business still running registration, instalments and parent contact by hand. For institutions with more than one campus or branch, one customer card is not split across two databases; the campus is just a scope on the same card.

Built on Rotenta’s core

The school pack shares the same roles, permissions and audit trail as customer management and accounting. Sensitive fields such as a health report or a guidance note sit behind their own permission — accounting staff see the billing screen, not the note.

Frequently asked questions

Is a student card the same as a customer card?

No. The student is kept as its own card; the parent/guardian details and billing attach to it, so registration and invoicing never mix up whose record is whose.

Does this work for an institution with more than one campus?

Yes. One customer card carries the campus/branch as a field on it — the same student is never split into two separate records.

Can we bring over our existing e-Okul or MEBBİS data?

An Excel/CSV import matches records on a field such as student number, so nothing needs to be typed in twice.
